If you've got kids who fancy getting seriously messy, is happening on August 7th. They'll be diving into the wonderfully weird world of slime, figuring out what makes it so gooey and probably picking up a surprising amount of science knowledge without even realising it. Participants get to concoct their very own colourful, custom-filled goo from scratch, adding all sorts of interesting bits and bobs.

And because making it is only half the fun, they'll also get to personalise a jar to keep their magnificent, sticky creation contained, at least for a little while. Word is, there will be lessons on mastering the art of blowing bubbles with slime, along with a few other questionable yet utterly engrossing slime tricks. You might even discover a new appreciation for laundry detergent.
